At Be That Bridge, we believe in the power of intergenerational connections. Our organization is driven by the mission to bridge the gap between youth and seniors, creating meaningful experiences and fostering a sense of belonging within the community. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to build a future where every individual is valued and respected, irrespective of age.

Founded by mother Lamarick Alexander and daughter Gloriaetta Alexander, both of whom are committed former educators, this initiative aims to address the needs of both children and senior citizens. With Lamarick's extensive experience working in leadership, special education, and being a mother of four children who all attended college and Gloriaetta's background as an educator and mother of three children, they identified a significant gap in the community. Both ladies own a local business called Sweet Sensations. Their mission to connect seniors who may require assistance with daily tasks or technology with teenagers seeking mentorship and opportunities for community engagement. Through this collaboration, they strive to enhance the quality of life for both demographics and strengthen community bonds.
